Niels Winther was founded as ship owners and shipbrokers in 1931. Since that time the company has developed by responding to the varied requirements of the offshore and shipping industry.
Since 1974 we have been representing some of the Worlds best known companies performing in the offshore oil & gas industry and we have considerable know-how of all marine and logistic matters.
Our aim is to provide a comprehensive 24hrs service dedicated to giving customers the same high standard of service quality on every transport/ ship and every project.
We ensure fast turnaround, minimum costs, efficient handling of funds and full management information for all parties involved.
Since 2001 we have been involved in offshore wind being a "one stop shop" for all parties involved in Horns Rev I. Since 2001 our involvement in offshore wind has grown and our "finger print" is today in most Danish projects such as Horns Rev II, Rødsand II, Samsoe and SprogØ and similar goes for many of the UK and Dutch projects.
We consider our selves of being among the top performers in offshore wind logistics and our many clients have benefitted from our knowledge over the years. We have hudge understanding for logistics possibilities and client needs and with our vast local knowledge we have been able to contribute with logistical solutions to all operational problems in the many projects with our involvement.
